Hi, my name is Chad!
And Chef Made Home is my way to keep having fun in the kitchen after retiring from the restaurant industry.
I was inspired to find a way to document and share the knowledge I have gained over the last 25 years.
I live in the North Dallas area, Frisco to be exact, with my wife Yvette and two amazing kids Everleigh and Grant. We love going to FC Dallas matches and backyard BBQs with our friends.
Food is my passion!
Part of being a Chef is about reinventing yourself and your food, constantly! We all had to learn to think, and look, differently at how we can create something new from old. This is my passion. To research, study, experiment, and challenge both myself and my teams. As much as some of you would love to do this for a living, you kind of have your own thing going. That is what Chef Made Home is. I am building a resource that will provide you with flavorful, fun, and inspiring recipes.
