The Best Kitchen Thermometer

Best Kitchen Thermometer

Hands down, this is the best kitchen thermometer you can get. Whether you are looking for the best instant-read thermometer or the best meat thermometer, the Thermapen One is it.  I purchased a Thermapen One for all my restaurants in addition to my knife kit. And at home, I keep a ThermoPop with my grill tools as well as in the drawer by the oven.  For the price, it makes sense to have a few of them in the places you need them when your Thermapen is not in arms reach.

So why ThermoWorks?

Simple. As the saying goes, “Do one thing, and do it well.”  They have a focus on thermometers for both commercial applications and home use. When it comes to commercial use, you have to be accurate and durable. And they deliver that time and time again. They have their own accredited calibration lab that ensures your thermometers deliver precision, incredibly fast.

Why do I need a fast thermometer?

When you are cooking, every second counts. That caramel you are making can go from perfect to burnt faster than you can blink an eye, so why sit there and stare at a thermometer crawl up to a temperature and then fluctuate wildly while you try to figure out if it’s the right time to pull it or not?

You are grilling steaks over a wood fire and you have to stick your hand over the fire to get a reading. How long do you want to be smelling the hair burning off your arm? Fast matters.

Which one do I need?

For home cooks where you are taking temperatures in the oven or smoker on occasion, you need the ThermoPop and the Dot Simple Alarm Thermometer

Are you the serious baker or the grill master that spends more time over the grill in the backyard than anywhere else? Thermopen One is the best instant read thermometer on the market today. Don’t be fooled by the cheap knock-offs on Amazon.

BBQ hobbyist? Then you need the Smoke Remote BBQ Alarm Thermometer.
