Description
The versatility of these sweet roasted tomato halves is amazing. You will want to put them on everything after you first make them.
Ingredients

- 1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
- 1.5 Tbl Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325º, low fan if you have that option.
- Halve the tomatoes lengthwise and then toss with the olive oil and sea salt.
- Spread out the tomatoes in an even layer with the cut side facing up.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Check for doneness. Are they still acidic? A little too wet?
- Turn the oven down to 300º and continue to cook for another 10-20 minutes or until the tomatoes no longer have any acidity to them when tasted.
